"Join with a phone number, earn on every purchase, spend anywhere on the network, climb the ladder — or buy Premium and get 20% off today."

Video narration script (ready to record)
This lesson is the customer's experience, start to finish — because you'll be asked 'what does my customer actually do?' at every table. Joining. At the counter, staff text them the join link — or they scan the business's QR — and they join on their own phone with their name and number. Online, they use the business's join link. A welcome bonus lands in their account immediately. That's the whole sign-up — the one step left is the four-digit PIN they set on the welcome screen, and that's what lets them spend; Boons earn either way. If they want the card on their phone, they can add it to Apple Wallet right after they join — one tap, then they confirm it on the phone. Earning. Every purchase earns Boons at the rate that business sets — commonly two to five percent back, and up to ten at some. They give their number or show their code at the register, and it's applied automatically. A hundred-dollar visit at three percent, three dollars of Boons; at five, five. A Boon is always worth a penny. They see the balance in the app once they sign in, or text BAL to the Boonora number and get it straight back. Spending. At any business on the network, they show their card or give their number, and the register applies their Boons — up to twenty-five dollars a sale and fifty a day there, with their Card PIN on anything over ten dollars. On our own registers, anything over fifty dollars texts the cardholder before it goes through: they tap yes and it clears, they tap no and the sale is refused; if they don't answer, the till still takes their PIN. Climbing. At five thousand lifetime Boons — that's fifty dollars of rewards earned — they become Boonora+ : one-and-a-quarter times earning, plus member pricing at participating businesses, up to five percent off. At ten thousand, Elite: one-and-a-half times earning. It happens automatically; there's nothing to apply for. Premium. For customers who want the best rate now, Premium is nineteen dollars a month or one-eighty a year, and it gives twenty percent off — the same number everywhere on the network — from the first visit: taken off automatically at our own registers, honored at every participating business, while they keep earning Boons on top. At twenty percent off, a ninety-five-dollar visit covers the fee for the month by itself. Gift cards and referrals round it out: in about a minute they can buy a gift card and send it — put in the recipient's mobile and it texts itself to them — and whenever a friend they brought in spends at a Boonora business, they earn cashback in Boons that lands on their card about a week later. That's the member journey. Simple to join, rewarding to use, and it gets better the more of the network they use.

ReferralsCashback in Boons for every friend who joins and spends (bonus grows with tier)."Your customers get paid to bring friends."
ControlSTOP opts out of texts; approval-by-text on large purchases; statements show every earn and spend."They see every Boon in and out. No mystery."

Talking points

  1. Walk the journey in order
Join → earn → spend → climb → Premium. Owners understand a story better than a feature list.
  2. Anchor the tiers to dollars
5,000 Boons is $50 earned; 10,000 is $100. Say the dollars — the numbers stop sounding abstract.
  3. Premium is the closer for the customer, not the owner
The owner doesn't pay for Premium; the customer does. What the owner gets is a customer who now has a reason to choose Boonora businesses.
  4. Never promise a number the business doesn't set
Earn rate and member pricing are the business's own settings. Premium's 20% is the one number that is the same everywhere.
